"The property was average, it seemed to be an old property which isn't been maintained for some time, and during my tenure of stay, I faced an electricity failure problem and a water supply problem which ended up getting an average kind of property. Since it is near the Brilliant office building and the distance is walkable that's where the hotel stands out and is quite manageable."

"I booked for standard room.. but staff asked .me to pay 200 more in cash ..as he is providing me delux (in actual room was standard only).. because I have stayed in the same room for 6 days in January 2025 .. I knew this place .. as I countered him .. he kept quite .. There was no tv , broken toilet seat , no toiletry was provided (except towel).. Cleanliness and to be honest overall standrad has declined a lot since my January trip .. don't know what has changed "
