"The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. "The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time."

The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it."
