"They staff was amazing! I had to book another room coming from another hotel with the worst experience and the Hyatt Staff made sure we were taken care of from the start. They upgraded our room to make us feel more comfortable and even made a to-go breakfast bag for our girls. Which was very thoughtful since we had to leave before the breakfast area was opened.
