Beds suck, pillows they give you 3 per person because they’re as thin as paper and even after stacking them they don’t even make an equivalent to one pillow. They have you call if you want your room cleaned every day. And even then they will tell you oh we’re not cleaning rooms today. "The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the location was great. I can’t give it a five because the room was not maintained very well. Had to get a light fixed, the toilet seat was loose, and the air conditioning did not work very well. The air conditioning Kept the room cool but it would trigger on loudly every 20 minutes, making it difficult to sleep."

"Elevator was out of order and looks like it’s been that way for at least a year. They use an antiquated key card system and their cards periodically wipe themselves for no reason. The janky extension cords for the AC unit have to be a fire hazard. The bed was uncomfortable. The room, while clean, was furnished with junk that was falling apart. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"We had a lovely upgraded room on the top floor with wonderful views. The bed is comfortable and the room has all amenities you would expect. There is a happy hour where a couple beers are offered from 5pm to 6pm, which is a nice touch. The hotel could not be in a better location for walkability."

The only issue, which was not the staff's fault, was I originally booked a balcony room with the cityscape view and the only balcony rooms at the hotel are view of the freeway, not a cityscape. The hotel clerk, Jeanie and manager, Kennedy, were wonderful about just switching to a room with a view of the waterfront. Apparently there are no balcony rooms at the hotel with the cityscape.
