"The hotel was as advertised… very good value and the stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were very nice although the sofa bed mattress could use replacing. Overall it was a very good experience. The breakfast was included was also good."

"Parking a bit of a faff as the car park the hotel has an agreement with is not the carpark directly next to the hotel. Instead it is further away. Rooms are not cleaned and towels are not replaced unless you ask. Not really acceptable given the cost of the hotel each night. Breakfast was okay but if you come down at peak times there is little left. Seems they struggle to stay stocked when there are more people."

Lors de notre première nuit, il faisait très chaud et nous ne pouvons rien y faire parce que le changement vers le mode été du système de climatisation n'avait pas encore été fait. "I stayed six nights. Unfortunately, I was awakened on two consecutive nights by the presence of rodents/mice. On the first night, they ate small chocolate eggs that were placed on the bedroom windowsill. I gave these gnawed eggs to the front desk. The staff member was shocked and did not know what to say. "Ostello in ottime condizioni in una zona della città molto viva e con tanti locali e ristoranti nei dintorni. La camerata era molto pulita cosi come anche i bagni. Unica pecca della camerata è il fatto che gli interruttori della luce accendano le lampade in ogni stanza e non solo della singola zona letto, cosi da risultatare abbastanza fastidioso per le persone che stanno già dormendo essere svegliati da altri che invece entrano in stanza a orari diversi e che giustamente hanno bisogno di luce...

"This hotel provides a good stay but there is nothing fancy about it. I had issues with my toilet and was able to change rooms. The breakfast is okay. More attention could be paid to keeping the warm food warm. If you choose not to get housekeeping service you get a 5 euro gift card. That was a nice bonus and over 6 days I got one every day. You can redeem them for candy chips water or soda I also appreciated the water available in the lobby to fill my water bottle."
