"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "

Room was next to stairs noisy from people going up and down who where staying there, and noisy from the moving stuff around in restaurant (kegs) Didn't hear the noise of the busy pub on Saturday night due to where room located. Would stay again if room is 1-3"

"Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip."
