"Very clean and good staff"

"فندق قريب من المطار ونظيف ويعتبر داخل الجامعة وبالقرب منه جميع الخدمات"

"We didn’t stay here, we booked and arrived but it had closed for the season. The owners, after we contacted them, collected us and took us to their other hotel which, was appreciated of course."

"Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast"

"Had a great experience at Hann Hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating. Big thanks to Hamza and Abdullah for their hospitality and making us feel welcome. Cheers guys!"

"The location is more than perfect, just a 1-minute walk from Meydan, right in the center of restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

"Property was roomy and location was convenient. Great view of the Black Sea from the window. Many shops and restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Caught taxi from/to airport for about 500 lira. Ride was about 10 minutes. Staff arranged the taxi to airport."

"Es war alles Top. Auf Sauberkeit sollte mehr geachtet werden. Staub erc."

"Highly accommodating staff, good breakfast, and convenient location with a view of the masjid and sea. Walkable area."

"Don't believe the ratings of this property!!! This was a huge dissapointment. It's not a hotel! It was advertised as 50m2 Two Bedroom Suit. It was only about 25m2. One of the bedrooms was packed with 3 beds and one couldn't even find a place to stand. In the Bathroom there was a constant noise of running sewage water from the drain. The Bathroom was really small - the shower was over the toilet seat. Though it was advertised to be equipped with a kitchen, there was only a kettle and one plate...

"The location of this hotel was perfect; a short walk to evrything; the buses stopped right in front the hotel. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Cleaning of the room was done on request. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Trabzon."

"Breakfast was very bad. Staff can’t speak or understand English."

"Kahvalti yetersizdi ilk girdigimiz oda cok fazla sigara kokuyordu resepsiyonla gorusup odamizi degistirdik. Klima ayari anlamsizdi actiginida buz yapiyordu en kisik bile sanayi icerisinde yer aliyor forma yurume mesafesi ama yurunecek bir gizergah degil maalesef. Oda temizdi fitness hamam spa hicbiri aktif degil."
