"I was excited to stay here because I’ve had great experiences at other St. Regis hotels, but unfortunately this one was a disappointment. The biggest issue for me was the smell throughout the hotel. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning products they use, but there was a strong odor that I found unpleasant during our stay. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I checked-in about 2 pm and was told the check-in time was 4 pm. I asked if there was any way I could check in earlier than the official time.
