"We had a very comfortable stay that was quiet and restful. No breakfast is included but we took advantage of the little breakfast nook in the lobby that offered a decent breakfast for ten dollars. We didn’t use the spa or hot tub. Would recommend this hotel. "

"Terrible experience. One of our rooms wasn’t made, another was occupied by someone else. They have NO CLUE which room is occupied and isn’t. The rooms had a foul smell like mould, cigarettes and alcohol mixed together. No elevator. The heaters don’t work, so we all froze at night. They post pictures like it’s an amazing place to stay, but it’s the furthest from that. Please don’t book here’s wish I could give zero stars. "

"The suite was spacious and well appointed, comfortable bed. It’s a bit shabby not sure why they would put MDF trim in a bathroom as it’s falling apart. "

"The staff at the hotel couldn’t be any better. Every single one of them was kind, helpful, super polite and they are a credit to the hotel and it’s manager. I’ve stayed here three times now and will always return when I’m in the area. Super clean, nicely appointed, great facilities and a 24 hr restaurant. Love it! "

"Pictures did not reflect the room we were given. Room was old and dirty. Walls were scuffed up and dirty. There was grime around the light switches. Large gouge out of the toilet seat. Shower stall had been painted & the paint had started peeling off. Door was so poorly fit to the frame that there was a large gap where light, elements, and bugs could get through. We didn’t end up staying the night but received no refund. "

"Newly remodeled room"

"We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We had booked 5 nights and we left after one."
