"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to everything! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were helpful. However, communication prior to the stay was very poor (taking days or weeks to respond, if at all) and then even though they confirmed in writing that they would pick us up from airport, they never showed up! We were left waiting at the airport at 3am and ended up catching a taxi. Also, our toilet (room 10) was faulty the whole time and wouldn’t flush properly. Everytime we mentioned it, they came to ‘fix’ it but it would only last one or two flushes and then not work again. No attempt to move us or offer compensation. "

"A must stay if visiting Quito. Old world, charm, exceptional accommodations, and amazing customer service. What amazing place to stay in Quito in the heart of the historic district. The hotel is so charming and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, spoke fluent English and provided exceptional service. Our room had a great view of the Virgin Mary and the beautiful mountain surrounding Quito. Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order and they even personalize our plates. Check in and out was a breeze. They have a rooftop bar with awesome views and it is also where breakfast is served. We would highly recommend staying here. A big shout out to Yale and the rest of the front desk staff as well as the chefs for making this a memorable stay."

"Room was lovely and clean and had a very large bathroom as well. Very well appointed in keeping with the theme of a Basilica . Felt slightly unsafe walking at nights in the area but taxis easily available and very reasonable "
