"The hotel is under renovation and is noisy during daytime hours. The staff informs you as you check in to let them know if you hear noise outside of specific hours-so you can’t sleep in. The hotel charges a nightly parking fee but many of the parking spots are blocked by construction vehicles and storage units. We had to drive around looking for a spot and ended between two dumpsters. Upon check-in we were informed that rooms are only cleaned every other day which is fine. Save the planet...

"The floor was pretty gross when we first walked in (hair strands and clumps everywhere, debris, etc). We went down to the front to request a room change or for someone to clean the floor. The receptionist was professional and sweet. Her manager, however, insisted that she cleaned the room herself and how it couldn’t be dirty. Due to their being no other king suite and the manager not wanting to fix the issue, we asked for a refund and left."

"If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t the right place. If you just want to close your eyes for a few hours then you may have luck here. The carpets are all sticky, the hallways smell of cigarettes, the beddings are thing and stained, the towels are very old and heavily used and stained. There was a stench in my room, I could hear my neighbors next door…in a nutshell, not worth I paid for but more affordable considering the alternatives.."

"The room was very dated. The bed was a raised metal bed frame, older bedspread and two flat pillows. It was clean. Carpet had some stains, ceiling fire alarm had something sprayed in the vents so I don’t think it worked and the toilet had an inch of caulk around the base. Towels “looked” clean - all two of them. The refrigerator was an added benefit. We were able to refreeze our ice packs. The parking was ample and safe. Our room was quiet but the other one was very noisy (reserved two rooms)."

"The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots."
