"this is one of the worst hotels we have stayed at we were told this is a half way house and not a hotel when we checked in there were homeless in the parking lot living there the exterior of the hotel looks good but the rooms are horrible this should have never been a option for Expedia I am very disappointed in Expedia and i will be very carefull booking with them again "

"To all avoid this Hotel at all cost. Pay $10 cash for a towel deposit. Room was unclean broken everything when you turn around. Stains everywhere, you look up and the bathroom fan is falling out. Kids in the hallway blocking you to go down the stairs. Front desk clerk dressed in dirty clothes and didn't know how to check in customers. Boxes off snacks from Costco all around her. Disrespectful all around. For your safety stay away. "

My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. "The receptionist was very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. Only gave it 4 stars because we stayed for 3 days & they didn’t do a room ‘refresh’ we had to take our dirty towels to the front to get clean ones and had to ask them to take our garbage. Otherwise pleasant stay. Side note: Eat at Jimmy’s Pizza at the hotel. Ate there twice and food was phenomenal & it’s all made from scratch! "
