"The hotel is nothing like what you see on the pictures. The elevator floors were broken, Cleaning staff ONLY come once every 3 days. The rooms were not perfectly clean. Water clogging at the bath. Small rooms, broken digital clocks. Old TVs connected to cable that did not work. Pictures can be shared upon request. I didn't experience the outdoor pool. When asked for to extend for a day, I was told to book it online via 3rd party - as it was cheaper. The way it was explained seemed like they did not want to do it."

"Both times we stayed we had to ask for sheets and towels for the fifth person in the room sleeping on the sofa bed. Otherwise everything would have been perfect."

"Whenever we need to travel to Miami for family events/visits, we stay at the Best Western in North Miami Beach. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional. Lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient and great rate."

"I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed based on their facial expressions and body language. We were also not given clear information about what was available or what we could use, which made the visit more confusing than it should have been. Customer service should be consistent and professional, regardless of who the customer is. A welcoming attitude and clear communication go a long way. If interacting with customers is part of the role, it should be handled with a basic level of courtesy and respect. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place to others."
