"Great"

"Great value, centrally located. Adam at front desk was very helpful and a gracious host."

"If I could give six stars I would. This hotel exceeded expectations- staff, decor, meals and just the general environment. I would definitely recommend. Also an extremely convenient location for things to do and see, especially shopping."

"For me it's cozy and you feel comfortable.."

"Very bad smell in the room"

"The staff has maid this hotel not worth of more than 2 stars. The reception does not answer. No housekeeping for more than 3 days and when the housekeeping is done, there is no towels everyday until we call and wait for more than a hour. It used to be a nice hotel but the staff has made it terrible. So sad to see such a hotel lose all his value due to the staff and the poor management."

"I loved the friendliness of the people, how clean it was and the walkable location of downtown. The restaurant open until late is also great."

"Strategic location inside Bern old city. "

"Didn’t sleep, everywhere Cockroach, will not go again."
