"The hotel and room were absolutely beautiful, with a stunning lobby and pool area. The only real downside was that when we arrived, they seemed short-staffed, so we had to wait around for about half an hour to check in. The staff was apologetic, and I understood the situation. Other than that, the hotel was amazing, and I’d be happy to stay there again."

"My family had a great time. The small Waterpark type pool was a huge hit with my 3 boys. Breakfast was great. Id say the only neg we had was our bathroom door wouldn't latch. The person in the room that was adjoining ours had his alarm going off every few mins from like 4am until almost 430 when I finally knocked out the joining doors to wake him up. "When I tried to check in to the hotel, the clerk told me that Expedia would not release the card funds to the hotel, and we would have to call a help line to figure it out. Meanwhile a housekeeper is yelling on his cell phone to someone in the background and made it difficult to hear/understand the clerk. Instead of fixing my issue the clerk kept prioritizing other customers instead of me, even though I arrived first. The Expedia help phone numbers proved to be useless, and I opted to abandon...
