"Felt everything was just right. Clean facility and comfortable room. Love the soaps in the shower and sink area were in dispensable containers. Even the sink was slanted and water drained very well and didn’t pool up. Woke up and couldn’t wait to enjoy free breakfast and they grounded the coffee beans. Excellent price for the room. That is what I like, a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price and I got it. "

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"The front desk staff, especially Julie, was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Julie was able to check-in. Whenever we saw Julie, she stopped to ask if we needed anything. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The quality was very good, not cheap flimsy items. "I absolutely love staying here whenever I visit Scottsdale. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s officially my go-to hotel. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the rooms are. The service is exceptional. "Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable. "

"When we arrived at the hotel there were random bugs in the hallways and the sheets had blood on them. The conditioner was out in the shower. They charge a lot for parking, which is a huge set back. I saw a sign that there is a remodel happening this summer, which is much needed! I used to stay here a lot, but I won't be staying here again until after the remodel happens!"
