"Our stay here was very different than any other hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It has a contract with the county and we were not informed before hand, there were people and commotion at all hours of the night. People staying in their cars in th eparking lot and not so welcoming people walking around. We traveled with my family and they have a 7 year old and it was not a good environment to have a child in. We ended up leaving a day early as we did not feel comfortable staying there. Just wanted to give a heads up to those traveling here with kids."

"The property itself is old and falling apart - in need to major renovations, but the upkeep also seems to be dismal. They charge for parking on par with other properties near them. Special mention to the absolute joke of a breakfast - it did not have any hot food - you can reheat a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, or maybe toast a bagel. "

"I left this stay with a very bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was consistently terrible—eggs were undercooked, the French toast was inedible, and the orange juice tasted like watered-down concentrate. On the second day, my mom tried the omelets and they were also undercooked, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off issue. The room itself was disappointing. I even noticed a few carpet beetles, which I chose not to escalate at the time, but it certainly added to the discomfort. On top of that, I was overcharged—the price I booked through Expedia did not match the final bill from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The check-in experience was also unpleasant. Staff were visibly frustrated when I declined a king bed and requested the double queen I had specifically booked. That kind of attitude is not what I expect, especially from a Hilton property. Overall, this was the worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had—and that says a lot given the expectations for a location in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels before, and this one fell far below standard in nearly every way."

"My room had a mattress that felt as if it were sinking . The jacuzzi I was looking forward to as I had a basketball tournament and it was dirty and then empty. So in all reality it was not worth it"
