"When we called the hotel they said they have a shuttle, when we called back to ask where it was, they said no shuttle. The reason we booked it was because it was close to the airport and was supposed to have a shuttle. The room and bathroom was beyond filthy. There was no soap to take a shower. Tub and bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Stains on carpets, rust on faucets with the metal peeling, refrigerator was filthy. We did not use it. Towels all had nasty stains on them."

"The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car. "
