"The hotel and the staff was nice but the room said the shower water was being filtered and I highly doubt that considering the shower head had tons of build up. Also, they said the double bed rooms had queens when they are clearly full sized beds. I also didn’t like that on the breakfast buffet, the grits and the turkey bacon is behind the omelet station where everyone stands in line. As someone who doesn’t eat pork or eggs, it was very frustrating that I couldn’t get turkey bacon or grits without waiting for others to get full blown omelets. I think the grits should be on the main buffet and the turkey bacon should be too and labeled. In Philly there’s a large Muslim community who doesn’t eat pork, so why are the non pork items being restricted to the side?! It’s like they lowkey discriminate because you don’t eat pork. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly."

"The front end attendant was completely rude (the middle eastern gentleman). The quality of the room was not good at all. The walls were dirty, there were spots on the sheets, rust stains in the tub, a phone receiver but no phone. Had bedbugs that we discovered the day of check when waking up that morning and my sister spots as a result of the bedbugs, as well as waking up to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. It was not a good experience nor the standard I’m used to when traveling."

"Let me tell the people something. DO NOT PICK THIS HOTEL. it is so bad I can't even rate it. My legs still itch from sleeping in that bed. EXPEDIA. Your reputation is on the line. If you have so many bad reviews on a hotel take it off your site as a option to pick. Money isn't everything. EXPEDIA DO RIGHT BY YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. Once again do not stay there. THAT HOTEL NEEDS MAJOR UPDATING"
