Our other two promised rooms hadn’t been cleaned. Trash and unmade beds. It definitely was not cleaned by staff. We asked for two new rooms. The first room was fine but the smell of bleach was pungent and irritating. The next room I got had a hole in the wall with...

"I just want to start off by saying that we usually don't write reviews. What makes it a good or bad stay is pretty subjective. Maybe a hotel wasn't great for us, but it might be wonderful for someone else. Anyway, we felt like we needed to say something about our stay here.
The biggest issue we had was that we could hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms.
Like they were in our room with us. We didn't get very good rest/sleep here and what we were hearing was awful!

"We spent 3 lovely nights with John and Debbie while in Waynesville to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. When we departed early this morning Debbie packed us a breakfast snack to enjoy on the way back to the airport. We would recommend Love Lane to anyone who wants to explore the mountains of western North Carolina and stay in a beautiful house with a wonderful couple. Pete and Jeanne from MA"
