Hotel di Pusat Bandar Stratford

"Bed was comfortable. Location is good. Very dated room, furniture old and in the way of path to bathroom. The high price we paid is not reflective of what we expected."

"I would stay here again"

"Very helpful"

"Well appointed rooms with cool architectural features."

"This was our first time staying here. What a great experience! We did book the smallest room (Mini) and it was perfectly fine for the two of us. There is a coffee shop attached to the inn which was very handy and a great bar next door too. The room was decored in a fun style (honouring the toy shop that existed there in prior days), the bed was comfy and shower had good hot water flow. They use local products for washing and conditioner. Smelled very nice! And finally, Bruce, the owner was...

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. "I appreciated being able to book this stay at the last minute and still secure a comfortable room for my family and I. We were in town for a musical at the Festival Theatre, and the convenient walking distance made Best Western an easy choice. Even though we walked, complimentary parking was included, which is a rare and appreciated amenity. A special shoutout to Debbie, our waitress. She was warm, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. She’s a real asset to your team and deserves recognition...

Looked as though walls had been painted over wallpaper some time ago. Some type of rectangular heater (don’t know what it was for - was not in use. Had been...

"Breakfast was much more than I was expecting, my first b&b. The garden was wonderful"

"Lovely home well located for Shakespeare Festival and other Stratford attractions run by welcoming hosts. Unique delicious breakfast which accommodated needs of celiac guest, without having given advance notice. Relaxing and enjoyable stay which we will be pleased to repeat."

"Nice to have a cornfield as the back of unit view! Everything was super clean and well-maintained. Thank you. Would very much return."
