"Not the most modern place but it was great. I’d stay there again. Directly above Salerno Manfreddi port.
Staff was great with questions about the area and the ferry schedule. Giovanni was especially helpful as his English was excellent.
Walking distance to old town etc..

"Such a lovely little gem. Very handy for the ferries and the local shops were a stones throw away. Very clean room. Great little kitchenette if you need one. Great communication on check in too with clear instructions for room access. Would recommend."

"A lovely B&B in the old town, close to the Duomo and the Giardino della Minerva, with good restaurants and shops close by. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the property were very helpful. Contact by WhatsApp by the host in the days before we arrived was much appreciated and helped us to locate the B&B easily. We had a very enjoyable stay."

" We had a fantastic stay at La Maison du Paradis. Pasquale and his wife were excellent hosts. Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us.

"The owners were very sweet, my only issue was that the room was 6 or 7 floors up. I knew there was no elevator just wish I would have know that it was on the top floors due to the fact that I have major knee problems, & lugging suitcases up was not fun for my husband. However the location was great, just a walk away from the water."

"Was an amazing stay, the location was everything and the help from staff really made things go faster and so easy. We stay in salerno as our port to travel around AMALFI COAST and it was the right thing. The restaurants and bakery that are next to the hotel are one of the best in town Few things i recommend but this for sure is one and we will back.

"The room was clean and centrally located. Bed was decent, shower pressure was good, and our room had a nice balcony. Host was communicative but signs to the property are very limited at the entrance. It would be easy to miss. Also, in Salerno taxis are a bit hard to come by to grab in the street but the hotel gave us the phone number and the taxi driver was very prompt to pick us up to take us to the train station. (And I know that’s not a hotel issue, but something to be aware of in general)"

"No one met us, we phoned the host, she said Expedia never contacted her, but she had a room for us.
Three long flights of stairs to the room.
Bathroom shower overflowed.
The window in the bedroom had doors on it, very dark.
Completely overpriced for what we got.
We were so disappointed.
We have never had a problem with any Expedia accommodations, except this one.
Breakfast was cookies, old bread, cereal.
No milk.
Shared kitchen.
