"Very nice, clean accommodation with very pleasant and helpful stuff Thelasso therapy spa is complimentary with entrance to the beach"

"What a unique destination and fabulous hotel and spa! The service we received from all the staff was professional, helpful and friendly! The room far exceeded our expectation and the attention. To detail and delicious food were “next level”. Honestly, this was our favourite part of our journey!"

"The town and the hotel were magnificent."

"The staff were extremely accomodating. Towels for the beach, ice for the drinks, laundry, they did it all."

"Wonderful boutique hotel in St Jean de Luz . Perfect location."

"Great atmosphere and romantic view of the town. Facilities are excellent and room was large enough for 2 persons. Staff are very friendly, while level of proffessional varies depending on staff Overall, excellent hotel."

"Great location. Fantastic staff. Clean and spacious room. For a bite I would highly recommend any of the restaurants/bar/bistro Highly recommended"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location in San Sebastion and the staff was excellent."

"Great location. Beautiful place."

"Good location, comfortable"

"Really annoying daily messages sent via Expedia messaging to advise how popular Restaurante Narru is and to book ASAP if required. Restaurant is exceptional. Uncomfortable beds with both our backs aching after 3 nights. Ran out of toilet paper. Room very noisy due to building and street refurbishment works."
