"We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. "On arrival I was informed I had been upgraded. My room was very comfortable. The bed was fabulous, great pillows, very supportive which is rare in Spain. The bathroom was spotless which is what matters most but there were some stains on the wall near the desk that looked like all they needed was a magic eraser to clean them up. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and smelt good, all wood. The staff here are very smiley and will readily chat with you if you engage with them. There's alot to...

"This was our third stay at La Posada in December! We’ve enjoyed our stays very much…….we’ve had 3 different rooms , each one very clean and comfortable , with wonderful views of the harbour and sea. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is so convenient for the seafront, walk into town, or walk to the Denier tram station in 10 mins. "

"El hotel está en una zona bulliciosa cerca de la Avenida del Mediterráneo y a unos 200 m de la playa. Personal muy amable a la hora de hacer la entrada. Habitacion muy limpia y cómoda. Quizá algo básica para ser un hotel de 4 *. La mía tenía bonitas vistas al mar y Finestrat. Tienen buenas actuaciones. Desayuno incluido que es bastantecompleto. Recomendado. "
