"Hotel in excellent location. Clean, comfortable room but needs a face-lift. Could do with a more exciting deco. Great bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful. Eduardo in the restaurant was very cheerful and accommodating during breakfast. Food choices were good but could be better. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, and a short walk to the wharf. As this was my first time in Queenstown, I definitely made the right choice staying at the Sofitel Queenstown Hotel."
