"Loved our overnight stay. Room was not quite ready on time, so we swam in the pool til it was ready. Loved the huge included breakfast choices.i guess the only improvement I could think of would be there was no fan in the bathroom / or maybe it just wasn’t working. Minor detail."

"Don't pass this up. May be an older lodging but we loved it.
We are already to return to Pigeon Forge and stay at the Willow Brook Lodge. The first thing to meet you was all the fall decor. I was in fall heaven. All around the property you saw fall decor. We didn't have any children with us but if I had any this place was great. Indoor and outdoor pool with a slide. Kids were always in the pool all hours.
Breakfast area was a cheerful place to eat breakfast. The lady working the dinning...

"Even if an establishment is old, that's not an excuse for an unpleasant smell throughout the building. And the bedding was truly awful. The mattress was like a thin piece of stuffing covered in cloth.
The only bright spot was the clerk who (checked me in) and assisted me in checking out early. She was very helpful and didn't give me a difficult time when I explained I wasn't happy with the accommodations."

"This property was the worst place we have ever stayed. Gave up 3 days to move to a different motel. The floors were so nasty that your feet stuck to the floor, the tub did not drain when running the shower. We reserved a room with a kitchen and while they had the appliances (which were nice), they did not have any plates, pots, pans, silverware, etc. The oven plate was an induction plate which was nice but normally, they require a deposit of $50 to use the pan. This time, they did make an...
