"This was a quaint place to stay in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Walking distance (10-15 min) from the Shaw Centre for our conference, and just a few blocks from the Champagne fitness center which has a full-length 25 yard pool. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates and utensils as well as table/desk, and had a private balcony as well. The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! "Check in is exactly at 3pm . Do not arrive earlier except to fall in line . It is a busy period though so understandable. The hotel location was right on spot. Easy access to Byeard market, CF mall and the parliament. "
