"The room we stayed in was beyond what we had hoped. A spa tub just feet from the bed was literally perfect as I could just slip from the comfort of the tub to the softness of the bedding. As for the shower itself, exquisite water pressure and hot water for days. Oou room was on the first floor, so our back door didnt lead to a closed in patio, but instead, it was a walkway straight to the beach, so that was a nice bonus. The room also had a spacious mini fridge and microwave, in case you wanted to prepare some quick snacks. Thats if ypu didn't fill up on the excellent continental breakfast that was provided(please tip the cooks, they did a bang up job and deserve a raise, a praise, and a few paid off days. All-in-all, the stay was a memorable one and we will certainly be back again soon."

"I had a truly horrific experience with this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 9pm. When we arrived, the front desk was completely empty. We rang the bell and called the number provided, but had to wait for a long time before anyone finally showed up. When the staff finally arrived, he informed us that they had no rooms available. He said there was an "issue" with our room, so they cancelled our booking. Hearing this, I checked my Expedia app and discovered they had sent a message just 3 hours before we arrived with absolutely no explanation. Even at that very moment, my reservation status on the app was still showing as 'Booked.' No call, no email, nothing else. Official check-in started at 3pm. When I asked the staff if we would have gotten the room had we arrived early, he said no, because the "issue" had already occurred. If that was the case, why wait until 6pm to send a message? This strongly makes me suspect they overbooked the hotel and simply bumped us because we arrived late. To make matters worse, the hotel’s response was completely irresponsible. They offered zero help. Since all nearby hotels were completely booked online, I asked if they could help us find an alternative nearby, they just said they didn't know of any vacancies and that hotels in the area don't share availability. Because of this, we were left with nowhere to go late at night. This place is highly unprofessional, unfriendly, and completely unreliable."

"PAPER THIN walls. They actually supplied ear plugs. I had my personal ear plugs in and could still hear the man next door snoring. We could hear their conversations and TV. The toilet kept running so we had to turn the water off. Very nice remodel inside but would never stay again since you can hear EVERYONE."
