"It's a lovely hotel located in a good area in Memphis, I was just in and out but I really appreciated the kindness of Chris at the front desk. My only issue was a parking fee that wasn't disclosed to me, however the woman working the next morning amended this, which was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this property, the old train station atmosphere and lively bar area downstairs is great. I would say if you're squeamish to live music/DJ's or generally a little boring in general, go stay...

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hu Hotel. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Beale St and far enough away. It was absolutely the perfect location. Very quiet , rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The only issue we had was ice. You had to ask for ice on the first floor. Not a huge complaint. Just a little inconvenience. But would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips to do in the area. I also liked the shuttle service to Graceland that was offered. Breakfast was good. The room needed to be vacuumed better. It appeared like it had not been vacuumed at all and right outside of our door, there were some crushed chips of some sort. Someone did come the next day and spotted it and vacuumed that up. "
