"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. "We had the king bed with partial sea view on the 6th floor. Check in was flawless because they allowed us to store our luggage before 2pm. They took our luggages to the room and gave us the key when we got there late in the evening. The room is spacious with extra day bed by the big window. "THIS was an especially fun hotel because we were able to walk ALMOST all the way around it after a HUGE dinner which was a RAMADAN special of all you can eat! for TEN bucks! all the local foods so you could taste them and know what you were ordering next time at a redstaurant. food dishes were names in the buffet! they also had some 4 wheelers you could ride in the ajacent lot and also some cool electric go karts for $3.00 for 15 minutes and they were really FAST! crazy for electric...

"It was one of the best stays in my whole travel experience. I requested transportation from the airport to the port, and a boat to Onongresort. The price was reasonable for both ways. This place is for people who love a quiet place and appreciate the beautiful ocean in front of this resort. (In my opinion, not much for families with small children.) Last but not least, the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed talking with them. They made sure my stay was comfortable and it was my best stay. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining.
