"The view was as depicted in the photos, and showed a small amount of the beach sand due to the dunes. But, that was expected for the first floor unit. The property only has two levels, so you need an upper level (2nd level) unit to see the water from the deck. Close enough to hear the waves crashing in though. Still had a beautiful sunrise with the dunes and skyline."

"Start with the good. Location is perfect. Room was comfortable. Instant coffee in the room was delicious. Unfortunately, there were some issues. Pool was closed. Pool bar had no power so no blender drinks. Food at the restaurants was meh. Hallways are so loud. Walls are paper thin. Patrons were loud. Heavy doors slamming all night. Phone didn’t work and never got fixed in a week. They did credit us about $600 at check out and we still had a great trip. Not a big fan of this hotel."

"My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the location was ideal. Only about 15-20 minutes from the downtown area and Wrightsville Beach. The staff was helpful, and our check-in and checkout process was smooth. Ashley was at the front desk when we arrived, and she offered a warm welcome. Ashley was also attentive and checked up on us to ensure we had a great time. Only thing missing was the pool, as it was closed during our stay. Nonetheless, would definitely visit in again. :)"

"Staff was great! Property was very well maintained! Rooms could have been cleaner, rooms need updates. I had rolled up carpet and pieces of tile under my bed. They need to put brooms in the rooms so you can sweep up the floors, since they don't clean while you are there. The views were very beautiful!!"

"2/3 treadmills malfunctioning and front desk employees on personal cell phones repeatedly. Annoying to wait for personal call to finish to be helped."

"Perfect location downtown Wilmington right on the sound with a boardwalk that takes you to several restaurants overlooking the sound. An walkable to other restaurants and shops."
