I personally take my family there at least four times a year because it offers plenty of amenities, a convenient location close to the downtown area, and beautiful beach views. It’s always a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, making it one of our favorite family destinations."

"The room was alright. Had a bit of a funky smell. The bathroom pressure was extremely slow. The walls are extremely thin. We had a room right next to the entrance of the building and every time someone parked their car or walked into the building you can hear every door open and close. Spring beds are ok. Proximity to downtown Ft. Bragg was nice."

"The Tree View room that we were put in was very basic. No artwork or decor to make it cozy or aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom mirror is extremely small and hung very low- I couldn't see my face without bending over. There is also no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries. With that said, it was clean and the bedding was soft. The price was decent for the close proximity to Mendocino."

"We are not totally happy with the motel. 1. During check in they charge $20 each for additional person on top of the rate be paid. She discounted half of it which suppose to be $80 down to 40.00 ! Looks like this hidden charges 2. When we got into the room, it smelled bad like a typical old moldy house that never been cleaned and sanitized so they did ozolate? to get rid of the smell. 3. "We have stayed in a couple different hotels in fort Bragg, and this one was on par with other more expensive options. I think our only real complaint was that the shower curtain wasn't large enough for the shower. So no matter what we tried to do water got on the floor and we had to use towels to wipe it up. But honestly that's a minor issue. There are microwaves in the room which was really nice because most rooms we have stayed in, in the area don't. The showers also have surprisingly really...

"Alissa in the office made the trip special for us because she took an interest in our trip and wanted everything to be perfect which is the exception these days, not the norm. Little extras like that make the trip memorable. Would definitely stay here again when back out this way!"

"We booked a 1 king size bed non smoking and what a surprise we had once we opened our door. The pictures on the website are lies. Not even close to what we thought it would be. Someone’s fake eye lashes stuck on the lamp which tells us it wasn’t cleaned. Parking was okay and no staff to be found in the morning. I could never go back again. Start looking for somewhere else if visiting Ft. Bragg."

"Two level accommodations with upstairs bedroom and full living room/kitchen on the main level. Very nice with great view. Fireplace was only source of heat. If you are planning to use the futon (uncomfortable) the fireplace going on and off can make it difficult to sleep. Walls are not sound proof and can hear loud neighbors and cars."

But the property has stunning views and the cabins are cozy and fully appointed.
