"The room was dirty and both chairs provided were falling apart. The remote from the tv was missing and rain was coming in around the window ac. Moldy tile in the shower and the sink leaked. The curtains and bedspreads were stained and I found a pile of items under the dresser, including someoneβs wallet, makeup items, and fake fingernails. Gross! No refrigerator or microwave. No headboards, so the pillows slip behind the bed during the night. Staff members seemed unhappy and unhelpful."

"All the hotel facilities are attractively designed and very nicely furnished and decorated. Despite that, a stay in this hotel would best be enjoyed by guests who eschew human contact. In my three nights staying in Bespoke, I never saw anyone, neither any guest nor any member of staff. No one was at the front desk at the time of check in and, when I called the hotel's phone number, I got the impression that my call was an annoyance and that, rather than seeking a person to help me with check in,...

"1st of all, I booked not knowing itβs supposed to be Haunted:o) Staff was very helpful, lots of places to eat nearby parking was TERRIBLE though. Iβd say that was the only negative. I didnβt experience any paranormal activity luckily. I enjoyed the stay!"

"The hair dryer - broken. We were not afforded an extra pillow. The remote batteries were dead. Weird layout with sink by bed and dangerous stairs. In the morning, 2 hours before checkout, housekeeping knocked and swung the door open before we could even answer. Its in a great spot but it was definitely not impressive."

"The room was very clean and staff was nice. I give 3 stars because of the noise. It was SOOO loud. You can hear people talking in the room next to you, and itβs right next to a school with screaming kids early in the morning. Everything was so incredibly loud it made sleeping very difficult."
