"Convenient to the Airport. We were there for about 10 hours between sections of our trip."

" We were very disappointed overall with our stay. After two flight delays and arriving late, we were greeted by being told we had no reservation, despite booking through Hotels.com. We felt ignored until we showed proof on the app. Another staff member was much more polite and helpful. We requested daily housekeeping instead of every other day and were told that would be fine, but our room was only cleaned once during our four-night stay. We also called for towels, coffee supplies, glasses, and toilet paper, and no one ever came. Parking was frustrating as self-park is a block away, while valet is $44/day plus tips. The valet staff were one of the few positives. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire stay, and getting coffee downstairs was impossible both times we tried. Our “suite” was extremely small with barely any room for suitcases, much smaller than a previous standard room we stayed in here. Also, there is no pool. For the price we paid, the service and overall experience were very disappointing. We would recommend staying elsewhere, as there are many better options nearby. "

"The ladies at the front desk were amazing! Morning and night shift. The added shuttle service was great as well as proximity to sky train into the airport. My only concern is that with all the money they make, they have failed to upgrade the property. The rugs are old and dirty and the rooms can use some paint and deep cleaning and modern fixtures."

"Beautiful property with very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay as it was our second time here. Some things have chairs in breakfast is no longer included and you have to ask to have your room done instead of it being automatic. Overall it was a nice stay and property is very nice. "

"The front desk lady was just ok, probably just forgot her smile and friendliness at home. Also, if you don’t value bathroom privacy, this hotel is for you. Me on the other hand don’t like glass a separation from the rest of the hotel room. Otherwise the hotel was clean and we had an enjoyable experience. Oh yeah, $32.00 for parking sucks."
