"Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move!
The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

"Not sure if it’s the area but this hotel seems expensive for what it is especially with the extra local fees added at the hotel! It is in a nice location near the lake and a walkable distance from restaurants. Room was comfortable but no coffee facilities in the room - you have to walk down the corridor to fetch it (not ideal first thing in the morning). The coffee machine there wasn’t brilliant & cold water tap broken. We ate lunch at the cafe in the hotel on a rainy day and it was pretty poor...
