Hotels in Downtown Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls

"3/10 I would say that that the waterpark is fun and safe for kids. Now my hotel room was a descent size the washroom and view was good but in the hallway smelled like all type of bad substances. This hotel is full of kids so us as adults should take care of them and the hotel should do better too. Another problem was not having a mini fridge or microwave or anything for food. It was an ok experience but I hope that with this review they try to make some changes to the things a lot of people (including myself) have said "

"The hotel was good, clean, not too expensive and in a great location. I’m a bit annoyed though because they advertise there is a bar and a lounge area and there is not. My friends and I booked this hotel specifically for the “lounge” so we can hang out after we got back from dinner but there was nowhere to do that. The observation area has 2 small couches which is great, however, they make it seem a lot bigger. "

"My room has ants and they gave me a room with a view of their AC systems which according to the them are “city “views”."

"Need a good clean up and updates. Also $60 for the hot tub for 3 hours doesn’t make sence to me!"

"It was the first hotel we’ve stayed in where the parking was not included. It was a surprise addition. It appears to be an issue all over the city. Be prepared. "

"The TGI Fridays was not open at all during our stay. Parking was excellent as staff ensured we always had a parking spot near the doors. I am disabled and they all looked after us very well. "
