"The location of the property was great as well as the pool area. The condo was very nice. We had lots of space and everything that we needed. The surroundings are picturesque and the community is beautiful. The only negative thing was the renters next door. They were loud, disrespectful and inconsiderate. This put a damper on our weekend."

"The hotel was a large, utilitarian hotel with very little character. The bed was unusually small for the price but, otherwise, the room was comfortable. The restaurant, for dinner, was poor with little choice except for very expensive beef."

"I stayed at the Seasons side of the hotel. There is no staff manning the front desk so you have to walk all the way back to the other hotel for any help. We were locked out of our room late at night which meant out of the hotel too which is unsafe. They really should have someone there. Cleaners were polite and helpful."

"This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded."

"Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem."

"The house and amenities are decorated is a simple cozy style, very well maintained. It was a fantastic experience for me and my wife. The house is beside a 60km bicycle and walking trail. Close to everything."

"Check in was a breeze with an email sent before hand with all the directions and codes to enter the hotel and our room. Karen at the front desk was so friendly, kind and welcoming and really made up feel special. The room was perfect and cozy and everything that we needed was in the room."
