"The location of the hotel is amazing - three stops away from Alexanderplatz, very close to one of Berlin’s nicest parks (Volkspark Friedrichshain), in a quiet area but super central. Staff were friendly and rooms were quiet and clean"

"Overall we had a nice stay. Room and bathroom were nice, spacious and comfortable. Perfect if you enjoy staying in the Friedrichshain area. However, one of the receptionists’ lack of skills to communicate and the fact that rooms weren’t soundproof did decrease the overall experience."

"No frills but modern and had everything we needed - good location, safe, clean, good shower, nice staff, decent pillows for my bad neck. Decent price for all of that in a vibrant city. I'd stay here again. "

"Great location. Unfortunately, the place is in need of refurbishment. The electricity was unstable, the furniture was worn and the cleaning wasn’t great. Not value for money when compared to places we stayed in Munich and Nuremberg the same week."

"The property's exterior is deceiving. Once entering, one sees the central dining room which looks and feels like a giant, indoor garden. Care has been taken to the lighting design to not distract from the impressive flora. The staff are quiet, efficient, and always moving to keep the guests' requests fulfilled. The hotel has 3 interconnecting buildings with conference rooms, wellness center, and varying hotel rooms. All areas are well marked, directions to all areas are accurate. Rooms are well fitted with storage, screen size and audiovisual amenties. The bathroom for my room was exquisite. I could have had a party in my shower. My daughter lives a few blocks from this hotel. I will no doubt return to this hotel. For those who will need parking, access is directly next to hotel. Definitely, a great place to stay in Berlin. Close to transportation to get to the tourist spots easily. Quiet except for the occasional ambulance siren due to a nearby hospital. "
"This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in.
The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular.
The hairdryer was also pretty decent for those planning on washing their hair!
Overall we really enjoyed it and the district was really pretty to walk around in with easy access to main sights. "
