We reserved and paid for an accessible room with a roll-in shower, but they didn't have enough of the room type available when we checked in. Recommend if you are wheelchair bound that you contact the property prior at booking to verify room availability."

"There were ants covering the microwave when we checked in, we discovered bed bugs in our room and were solely offered new bed sheets despite bed bugs being an issue with the mattress. We ended up leaving only 7 hours after being checked in and having to pay for a whole other hotel due to the lack of cleanliness of this location. "

"Pros: relatively inexpensive for Seattle. Cons: very uncomfortable bed, which is the one thing that hotels should not compromise on. The airport pickup doesn't run if you arrive during their lunchtime, and even though they are only an 8-minute drive from the airport, they don't run continuously. They run one bus every hour.
