"Our room was not ready at the scheduled time. The mattress was awful. It was lumpy, noisy, and sagged."

"The hotel is going through renovation. There's a lot of construction debris. On Saturday morning construction noise started at 6:30am. I found it dishonest there's no mention of construction on the hotel booking website or third party website. Luckily the room we got has already gone through the renovation so it was clean. The breakfast was okay, stuff were friendly."

"Check-in was a breeze. Had to put a $50 deposit on the card; waiting to see if they take it off, or if I have to "remind them." The room was very large; king mattress in Rm 129 needs to be replaced - it slopes to the middle! Found a T-shirt behind the chair, which makes me wonder how well it was cleaned (I didn't dare sit on the couch!)"

"The 2nd shift staff and Mr. Phil in the morning made this hotel stay by far the best ever, they were entertaining, excited and engaging. 1st shift front of house staff could use some training, they acted as if they didn't even want to be there, as if we were a bother to their day."
