"Omg this olace is incredible. I’ve never been anywhere like it. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are luxurious with their own private pools. The food and breakfast is delicious and the smoothies too! "What an absolutely delightful, authentic, and incredible stay we had at the Angel House Eco Villa! When we first arrived, 80% of Bali was experiencing a power outage in the evening. The staff was very accommodating and upgraded us to the room on the second floor so that we would be cooler (and nobody was there or checking in for a few days). "The service was more than excellent. The room was beautiful and outside the room I was in the jungle. There’s more than 1 pool, mine the water was not that clear. It was fine for me I just got a tattoo and could not go in any pool for that matter. Look like they were working hard to get that pool clear. Overall 12 out of 10"

I always feel like they def get trained and educated in how to offer excellent customer service.
