"All of the staff were wonderful. The front desk went out of their way to help my boyfriend and I make last minute dining reservations the night of and helped accommodate us with everything we needed. The morning staff, Andrew and Graziana, were very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. "Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm.
