"The entire staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had about events or dining. What a fabulous place and great team run by the Palladium group. The Bell Desk team was super helpful on check in and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Concierge service was always there waiting to answer our questions. Highly recommend you go to this resort with a fabulous Surf Spot also included Thanks Michael Larson & Family"

"The Hilton property The Conrad is a quality upscale resort. The resort is quiet and extremely clean. The amenities are amazing! The staff was helpful and very attentive. We were there during a down time for seasons and there were very few people there. We ate lunch by the pool and enjoyed an amazing night meal at Mesquite! The steak was probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The service at the restaurant was impressive! We enjoyed other meals in town of Punta Mita. The downside is that transportation to the small town is expensive. We decided to rent a car (the rental company delivered it to us at the resort). Everything at the resort was expensive (food and drinks). Housekeeping was amazing and our room was kept spotless."

"Very nice room and views. Loved the main pool and ocean was easily accessible and nice for swimming. Staff was nice, room service was quick. Only negative was the food was prehistoric ok everywhere and they had barely any Mexican options. Couldn’t even get a quesadilla anywhere or tacos/guac to the room, instead they had things like burgers & chicken wings. Even the Mexican restaurant was unusual options, Italian restaurant was decent and I didn’t try “Silk” (Asian) but friends staying there said that was the best one"

"Hey all - this is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of punta mita. Great location near all the restaurants. The rooftop restaurant and pool are amazing. This place is the perfect blend of having a relaxing hotel to stay at while also being able to experience the authenticity of Mexico/punta mita. Highly recommend!"
