"O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com.
O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. Lamentável.

"My (now) wife and I stayed there for a week ahead of our wedding, and our experience was very special. The property is very well designed with well-decorated rooms, a peaceful outdoor pool and garden, and a fantastic brutalist indoor pool. What stood out however was the attentiveness of the staff - they went as far as to let us know when the pool was free of children, received some critical deliveries, and were overall very kind for the duration of our stay. "
