The resort is beautiful. The entrance gate can use some sprucing up, but once you get past that, everything is good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our family of four had a wonderful week. The food was delicious. The beach is beautiful- some seaweed in the water, but they make an effort to clean it up regularly, so its really not an issue.

Our stay went well: check in and out easy, clean everywhere, kind staff. The only complaint I have is that none of the listed restaurants were open. The only option was buffet, which was disappointing.

We liked that they have a great schedule for every meal, and we liked their staff being very friendly and helpful. We didn't like the pool hours because we feel the can give at least one more hour at night, and we didn't like the way they managed the restaurants reservations.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. My apartment was nice but the bathrooms had mold and smelled awful that I hated taking my shower in there. Food was excellent. The entrance didn’t feel like a resort.

The people there made a diffrence in our stay. KIMBERLY FERNANDO AND ORLANDO they all where great people. I would have loved to have more variety in food in the buffet bar and more places to have a snack as well not only the same snack bar. My room was great i went with my three teens. We had a nice relaxing vacations. Thank you to all the people and staff that get up every day and serve us the customers very greatful.

The hotel was very nice and beautiful as well as our room. We didn’t see any activities or variety of food. The food that was there was not the greatest and neither were the drinks. But the people were very nice and professional. Beautiful hotel but after a few days you will get bored it was nice to get out the hotel and see and eat around. Also that water in the beach was beautiful but it was a little unkept with the trash in the sand

The best was the staff, excellent sevice from Gabriel, Ramon, Alexander, Jessica, Pavel and the rest of staff, all were excellent. Now the room was terrible, dirty, the jacuzzi OMG! Smelled, moldy, had green stuff, water smelled very bad. Our bathroom was dirty. I had to go and ask them to have it clean. Bed was confortable, and room was big. It would've been nicer if it wasn't for the cleaning less.

The first day we arrive I called for room service for extra face towels & wash clothes the service took forever to come. Room service does a poor job at cleaning, they take the dirty towels out the room but doesn't replenish enough clean ones, our beds were made up with the same exact sheets and weren't changed, absolutely ridiculous. They charge an additional &7.00 for room service for food up to 4 dishes, if its all inclusive why are they charging room service to the room. My other guest had the same room had a broken toilet in one of the rooms, as well as the bathroom door knob came off. I will not stay at this resort again. The food was okay. The only good credit i will give this resort is excellent spa service, other then that my experience was poor.

We were in a premium studio suite and the room was mid, the bathroom was not very clean and very limited towels and they did not offer any washcloths! ANY! The balcony was huge but the hot tub was dirty and filled with mold and green build up. The phone in the did not work and you can only contact the frontdesk via what’s app. The food was just okay and room service only had 4 items on the menu and they were all terrible!!! The drinks were decent. Only 1 1/2 restaurants were open. Entertainment was basic and they had nothing exciting going on throughout my trip! Also, we were locked out of our rooms on the last night and took forever to contact the front desk to get help! We went down to get the braclets activated to come all the way back to the room on the top floor for them to still not work! Security was finally sent up to the room and had to reset our door locks! I would not stay here again.
