"Really clean and modern rooms with the perfect amount of space. I especially loved having a balcony. The location was excellent, very close to a bus stop, which made it easy to get around and visit different places. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. "Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. In arrival the staff were downright rude. Snapping orders at us “passports” and “pay now” without a please or thank you. They don’t like the fact we asked to look at the room before payment. The room they allocated was at the front on a very busy and noisy main road. I asked to be swapped which they did - to be fair this wasn’t an issue for them. Breakfast was a different matter entirely - very poor. Bland cereals - rice crispies or coco pops. Not tea...

"The room was excellent proportions, the bathroom was extremely clean and I had plenty of towels. The bed was Fantastic with a great mattress and an array of pillows. Great amenities, such as a kettle, tea and coffee. I would certainly return to this hotel if I was returning to Altea"

"I love this hotel. I've stayed there twice now and have enjoyed both times (in June '23 and '26). There wasn't any struggle to get sun loungers, there are plenty of them and lots of room by the pool and on the terrace - sun all day too. It's quiet but in a super convenient location to the strip and the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, kept really clean and the beds are comfy. "The property is in an excellent location with the rooms being very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. We were upgraded to a room with a very large king size bed with views over to the sea which was a bonus! Would definitely return in the future."
