"The hotel is a bit hard to find but the staff are extremely friendly. There aren’t any amenities like slippers, toothpaste etc. but that staff are extremely friendly and arranged for items that I needed."

"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

"When I reached property they kept saying that they did not receive money for my booking. Also my room was not ready at 12 pm. They gave me temporary room to keep my stuff which was terribly dirty and worse maintained. Finally they gave me room at 7 pm. This room was better but fan and AC were without any control, they kept running as same speed. In night 3 am, electricity went off and there was no backup. People were kept walking in night. "A GEM in the city. Excellent clean rooms, Clean Washrooms, Ourstanding food. Car Parking space. Very Courteous staff. "

"The breakfast was not the greatest. Everyday same thing. The fruits are soggy and not very fresh and poor quality. The salads are not fresh. Everyday the lettuce leaves are wilted and soggy. I did advise the restaurant manager but it was still the same. "

"The Pride is my regular hotel in Pune. I’m practically a regular and it’s a second home to me. Room service, laundry, air conditioning, two restaurants on site, pool, spa - all make it worth it. I prefer to have family visit me there than to drive around Pune when jet lagged. It’s also centrally located especially if you want to see the Old City."
