Comfort Inn & Suites West Springfield

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear information about the hotel and its amenities, including Wi-Fi access, and promptly assisted us in resolving an issue with our key card. Each evening, the common areas tended to be quite noisy, with children frequently running through the hallways. It was also common to see kids moving back and forth between the fitness center and pool area, leaving the floors wet and slippery, which made using either amenity less enjoyable. In our room, the bathroom sink drained very slowly due to a clog. The shower also dripped continuously, with the water striking the metal drain cover and creating a persistent noise. To make it more tolerable, we lifted the drain cover so the water would drip directly onto the porcelain surface and kept the bathroom door closed to help reduce the sound."

"If you need a comfortable place to stay! This is the one. It still seems like they are “fixing” things up in terms of renovations. For instance we had to force our main door to the hallway to make sure it actually closed. Our bathroom door never was able to close. Staff was amazing in terms of us needed towels etc they responded in minutes. The beds were super comfy. We were there to visit 6 flags so we got 2 comfy nights."
