The staff (Marija) sent instructions on how to enter the room after the reception was cleared, so I could check in properly and receive my locker key the next morning. "宿泊予約をして、宿泊料金も支払い済みでしたが、チェックイン方法についての案内が18時になってもなくチェックイン場所にたどり着くのに、貴重な観光の時間を浪費してしまいました。予約が見つからないとの説明を受けて途方にくれました。代替宿泊先を手配いただいて事なきを得ましたが、夕日鑑賞の貴重な時間を失ってしまい、とても残念な思いです。"

"the room was clean, but the entrance of the building was not what we expected : there was a bad smell (cats) and did not look clean. the appartments were were located the rooms was clean however. it is well located."
