"We have been travelling to 6 different cities in NZ and this by far was the best hotel. Loved every thing about it from the layout of the rooms, amenities, courteous staff. The breakfast was included. It was amazing! It had the best value for your money. Well done !"

"The Hotel & room excellent, the reception staff & bar staff too! The meal in the Beast & Butterflies not such a good experience! Waiting staff great but a rare eye fillet steak was cut in half & overcooked & a medium rare sirloin so overdone had to be sent back! Replaced but 2nd steak was sinewy & tough not a good! A real shame..."

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
