"Great service and everything, but very scary ambiance. Everything is painted black, making it dark and uneasy. The hallways are dark, as is the shower and room. The bathrooms are all mirrors, which makes going to the toilet very scary, as you can see all of yourself in the mirror."

"Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend. "

"It was in the back of beyond however there was no shielding the neighbouring property which resembled a rubbish tip. When you went in and out of your room every-time it was an eye sore. The rooms were spacious however the bedding was dirty and stained. The continental breakfast supplied in the room was generous and good.
